We have three self catering cottages namely which are 2 bedroomed. All are single story dwellings and have been newly built in a stable yard complex.

Our stone built Self Catering cottages are all 2 bedroom with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. We have named the cottages Ribble, Calder and Hodder, the names of the local rivers. All have a double and a twin bedroom. The bathrooms have either a bath with shower combined or a wet room (Calder Cottage). They are all equiped with duel fuel cookers, microwaves, TVs. Linen and towels are provided. We cater for people with limited mobility, so please do not hesitate to contact us for details.

The nearest bus stop in Knowl Green is 400 metres away from the cottages. There is an hourly bus service which runs to Longridge and Clitheroe connecting with a service on to Preston The nearest train station is at Ramsgreave, our local market town which is 3 miles away. There is a good taxi service from Longridge town centre

MAIN ENTRANCE The main entrance is the door from the drive. The key for this door is issued to guests on arrival. The front door is 82cm wide x 192cm high, hinged on the left. The keyhole is 100cm high. The step from the paved area is 90cm x 30cm and the step height is 12cm. The second step which is the door threshold is 4cms high and is the width of the door. KITCHEN The worktop height is 90cms x 60cms deep. The worktop is “L” shaped with a stainless steel single drainer with dual tap. There is a free standing electric cooker which stands 90cm high with 4 gas hobs on the top. There is an extractor fan above the cooker. The main oven door is hinged on the left and it is 10cms from the kitchen floor to the cooker oven floor. There is a separate grill with a drop down door which is 57cms from floor level. A microwave oven is also provided which sits on the worktop. The kitchen is lit by a single light. There is a fire extinguisher situated on the worktop. Crockery, drinking glasses and cutlery are provided in the wall cupboards and under the worktop.
	SITTING/DINING ROOM Two double leather settees. Double French Doors lead into the garden area and they measure 120cm wide x 177cm high.. The room is lit by a single pendant light with 1 table lamp and 1 standard light. There is a round dining table with drop down leaves. When fully extended the table is 104cm in diameter and stands 76cm high supported on a central pedestal. There is a Freeview TV with remote control and combined DVD/Video player. There is also a radio/CD player.
BEDROOM 1. The door into this bedroom is 82cmwide x 197cm high and is hinged on the right. There is a 5foot divan bed with 90cm of space to the left of the bed and 214cm to the right. The largest clear space in the room is 3.2m x 2.0m. The room is lit by ceiling light and 2 table/bedside lights. BEDROOM 2 The door into this room is 74cm wide x 198cm high, hinged to the left. It has 2 divan beds. Bed 1 is tight against the wall. Distance between beds is 65cm. Distance to the left of bed 2 is 46cm. The room is lit by a single pendant light with 1 reading lamp. Laminate floor covering.
	BATHROOM Access door is 73cm wide x 198cm high and is hinged on the right. The bath is 70cm x 170 cm and the bath height is 53cm. There is an shower over the bath with a glass shower door to the open side. Toilet seat height is 43cm. Free space to the left of the toilet 22cm and on the right there is 50cm to the sink. Maximum free floor space is 90cm x 240cm. There is a wall mounted heated towel rail. Floor covering is ceramic tiles
